DR LORD & THE QUEENS RENAISSANCE
A documentary about community members making a difference, with Dr. Simone Lord, president and founder of the Southeast Queens Chamber of Commerce, an organization founded to help small businesses of South Queens to prosper and improve the quality of lives for residents and youth. Dr. Lord, pastor and board certified naturopathic doctor at Inspire NY, Church and Wellness center, shares her views on achieving success in business through faith and encourages other business owners to persevere. In this documentary, community heroes are highlighted that often don’t get the recognition they deserve for their work in the community. In addition, Dr. Lord speaks about preventative medicine and improving good health. Proceeds from this documentary go towards making Southeast Queens great again by a revival of community culture, pride, safety and beautification drives.
